viewml on Qt?

Hello,

Is it easy to port viewml to Qt? Reading the viewml architecture description
and seeing a lot same named sources I get the impression the Qt emulation layer
can be replaced by the real Qt.
I am looking for a small browser and embedded Konqueror (not that small :( does not
compile anymore for Qt3 so I'm looking for another open source alternative.
