Cannot build ViewML

It appears that you didn't specify the --with-fltk and --with-microwin on the
configure command line. For some unknown reason, this is how this manifests
itself (by leaving out the local -I./fltk switch.)

I'll see if I can dig around and fix this in the scripts.

I have downloaded the latest version from CVS and when I try and build
it I get :-

`/usr/bin/libwww-config --cflags` -I.. -c -o html.o html.cpp
../kdecore/kurl.h:28:20: config.h: No such file or directory
../kdecore/kurl.h:31:21: qstring.h: No such file or directory
../kdecore/kurl.h:32:22: qstrlist.h: No such file or directory
Etc, etc, etc ....
What step have I missed?
