This problem is evident under Microwindows.
when you browse the page of chinese, you can find the bug with the
underlines not being long enough or too short.

Is this only for Chinese characters - or does this happen for "normal" pages
as well? If it is only chinese, there may be some problem with the metrics
coming back from Microwindows. Is this using a built-in Chinese font, or some
other way of loading them?
