More neat stuff

[Chris Hawks]

I found that I needed the comboboxes in viewml to stay open (like other
browser's do), so I changed qcombobox to extend Fl_Menu_button instead of
Fl_Choice. It works well. The qcombobox.h is attached.

there is a question about using your libhttp patch: does it mean I should
replace "libwww-config --libs" in makeinclude with -lhttp? or how?

Yes, I forgot to mention that and you can also remove the
"libwww-config --includes" from makeinclude as well.

Yes, I forgot to mention that and you can also remove the
"libwww-config --includes" from makeinclude as well.
And you are welcome!

I also forgot to mention that libhttp 0.3 is out on www.softorchestra.com
and doesn't need the patches that I posted previously.
